Bangladesh National Contraceptive Prevalence Survey (CPS, 1985)

Like the 1983 CPS, it also had a complex design involving interviews of about 15,000 households from two different samples—the sample of ever-married women aged less than 50 and the sample of couples with the wives aged below 50. The key findings report on the survey was published. Mitra and Associates was awarded the contract for the CPS through a competitive bidding.
