The project covered 100 villages in six upazilas of Mymensingh District. And it was executed by the department of poultry science of Bangladesh Agricultural University. The objectives of the evaluation study were:

• To assess the achievements of the project and to recommend future directions.

This study was undertaken under a contract with the UNICEF, Dhaka.
