This was a national survey of significant national importance. The objectives were to document the baseline status of the relevant measurable indicators in order to assess the effectiveness/impact of the project’s interventions over time during and at the end of the project implementation. The sample of over 3,500 respondents included household heads and mothers of under-5 children.
