Report Writing for the Project of Matlab Reproductive Health Program under the Public Health Sciences Division (PHSD, 2003)

The Matlab Reproductive Health Program (MRHP) was implemented by the ICDDR,B. The MRHP project received support from the Government of Japan under the Women in Development (WID) Program and it was executed by the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNIPOS).

 

The eligible respondents for the study were currently-married couples of 15 to 49-year-old. A total of 6,111 respondents were interviewed, of which 3,676 were women and 2,435 men.

The specific tasks carried out by Mitra and Associates were:

 

  • 0 – analyze the base-line quantitative survey data and submit a report
  • 0 – analyze the follow-up quantitative survey data
  • 0 – prepare a report using results from both the base line and the follow-up surveys
  • 0 – prepare a final project report incorporating the 3 quarterly progress reports, results of the baseline and follow-up quantitative surveys, results of the two new (baseline and follow-up) quantitative surveys (reports of the surveys are available)

 

 

The project was commissioned by the ICDDR.B and funded by the Japan WID Fund, the UNIPOS, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and UNDP, Dhaka.
