The Follow-up survey of the National Nutrition Programme (NNP, 2007)

The Follow-up survey of the National Nutrition Programme (NNP) was intended to examine the changes in nutritional status of the under-two children enrolled in NNP Baseline Survey 2004, and determines relative risks of non-accidental deaths among the children by their nutritional status assessed in 2004. The data were collected from a sample of households drawn from 708 Primary Sampling Units (PSUs) randomly chosen from the 112 Upazilas. A household was included in the sample only if it had an under-2 child. A total of 8858 under-2 children were covered in the NNP Follow-up survey. The survey was conducted under the authority of the Centre for Health and Population Research (ICDDR, B).
