The baseline survey was undertaken in Trishal Upazila of Mymensingh District to obtain population-based estimates of contraceptive demographic information which can be used to cross check the official couples’ registration data. 

The JHU/PCS awarded the survey contract to Mitra and Associates through a competitive bidding.
